Another Perspective, as a part of its mission to promote conservation, utilizes strategic approaches to conservation easements and land management to steward the preservation of important habitats, open spaces, and natural areas.

Another Perspective works with landowners, institutions, and corporations to identify the biologically important areas on their properties and develop reasonable and effective conservation easements is a critical step in promoting our mission of conservation.

A conservation easement is a legal agreement that limits the use of the land in order to protect its conservation values. As an affiliate of the Land Trust Alliance, we utilize tools and resources for monitoring and enforcement that are standard across the land trust industry, while tailoring our approach to individual landowner needs.
